I had the opportunity to serve the last seven months of Bro George Fishburne’s appointment as Region Representative due to his promotion. During that time, I learned a lot and now I am prepared to be more effective in working with both grad and undergrad chapters. As the outgoing Basileus of Mu Mu Mu, I will now have the time to work with chapters and assist them with becoming more effective with reporting, learning and bridging the gap been grad and undergraduate chapters. In addition, this position allowed me to learn more about the state council. I look forward to the opportunity to serve a full term or another capacity as seen fit by Bro State.

I have been an NAACP member for some time, and I work heavily in the community to improve conditions for people of color. I will be speaking for the NAACP at their annual banquet in my hometown on November 5, 2022.
