I am a very active Omega Man within my chapter and city. I also currently serve as a Brigade Command Sergeant Major for the 35th Corps Signal Brigade at Fort Bragg, NC with direct supervision of over 3000 Soldiers. As an E9/Command Sergeant Major this is the my senior enlist rank in the Department of Defense and considered the top 1% of my cohort; to which I serve as the Senior Advisor to the Commander and Deputy Commanding General for the 18th Airborne Corps as it relates to all things "communications and services".

I have actively served 25 years to date and would love the opportunity to broaden the understanding of the impact of the "Military Bruh" but more especially closing the chasm of the military spouse in support to their Service Member. I also feel a close relationship with chapters who are heavily rostered by military brothers. My chapter was founded due to the Military Brother. I know this way of life and would be happy to be considered and assist.

In my 25 years as a Soldier I believe strongly in understanding the rules and regulations that govern. In this same believe I feel all Omega Men should have a thorough understanding in how we operate as an organization. The knowledge of the aforementioned keeps the Fraternity at large out of trouble and the results of meetings and our Omega business are ran more efficiently.

I feel that this would definitely be a strength that I possess. These same qualities of zeal for our beloved organization has rendered me to receive the Basileus Award and Superior Service Award in 2017, a nomination for Omega Man of the Year (2017) and after moving for military duties to Tacoma, Washington I received the Omega Man of the Year Award from Delta Pi (2019) and the elected KF. I am also a concurrent KRS for my chapter.

Within my first two years in Omega I have ran or been a part of every mandated program within Omega and personally Chaired over 75%. This may seem small; however I spearheaded the Chapter raising over $20,000 in funds to support Scholarship and our chapter being co-sponsors of the State Meeting in 2018 which required up-front money-hence the reason we could support it. I also took the same model to the 12th District and despite the vast difference in people (demographics) and techniques, I captured and the targeted audience and assisted raising over $15,000 on a golf tournament.

Note: Both Upsilon Gamma Gamma and Delta Pi were small chapters.

I now aspire to learn and become more efficient at large scale operations with the right mentorship of Brother who are "pros" at the aforementioned.
