I am currently a sales representative with Penske Truck Leasing. I was able to get Penske to be one of the sponsors for the 83rd Conclave this past July. I am an effective communicator as well as a critical thinker. It is my mission to always connect with those I encounter on a personal level to ensure that I’m able to provide the highest quality of customer service. The relationships we build are far more important than the work we do.

Being initiated through an undergraduate chapter, and joining a graduate chapter upon graduation has given me a certain degree of clarity. I understand that a strong and harmonious relationship between graduate chapters and undergraduate chapters are essential for Omega’s growth. I have seen early on the counter productiveness that is a direct result of the absence of that relationship. It is my goal to encourage undergraduate and graduate brothers to take the time to foster a true friendship in order for both chapters to be successful in carrying out the work of Omega.

I’ve held different positions in my life, and all of them have had some degree of human interaction. Conflict is natural and inevitable. Knowing that we can not escape conflict(s), we must choose to resolve them appropriately. This can only be achieved through proper communication and mutual respect. I am a firm believer that disagreements do not have to be detrimental to progress.
