I was asked to serve as Reclamation and Retention Chair for Phi Kappa Kappa 2 years ago by the Basileus at the time. He trusted that I could lead and enhance this mandated program; and I did. Anyone who has seen me in action over the past two years as the Reclamation and Retention Chair knows that while my methods for event programming may be unconventional, they are innovative and effective and always gets results. I have not dropped the ball. Every event has been successful- without fail. Where there was a need, I stepped in and provided-by any means necessary. I maintained Chapter ongoing events as well as developed and implemented new events that have kept Brothers excited to be an Omega, loving to work, and actively participating in our functions. I hold monthly meeting for the committee and engage brothers on ways to increase and improve our efforts. I developed a program that has increased the participation within the body of Phi Kappa Kappa and reclaimed brothers who are now working for Omega.

I am committed. My organizational skills and attention to detail will provide the backdrop of my support to all the State endeavors. In addition to supporting our State Rep, I am confident in my ability to work with committees to function at their greatest capacity and full potential. Through these efforts, I hope to revitalize friendship among brothers by focusing on retention. I desire to assist in the development of a program that will help every chapter's retention program.
