As a Region Representative, I believe I possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively assist the chapters as needed. I understand the focus is providing or setting the conditions for the chapters to enable them to their jobs at the chapter. I also believe my communication skills will allow me to interact with the chapters in such a way that they will feel comfortable sharing their systems and/or procedures so we can find ways to sustain or improve the way they conduct business. The military provided me a great amount of training on professionalism, being personable, and to always look for options in many different situations. This will help me assist the brothers and chapters to see themselves and always look ways to sustain or improve the present situation.

My previous experience as the Reclamation and Retention Chairman, provides me the background to serve in this capacity if I am not selected for my first choice. It is important we focus our efforts on sustaining and maintaining Brothers on the roles of Omega.
