ALONZA A. BENNETT AND MARVIN BROADWATER SR. SCHOLARSHIPS APPLICATION
The State of Georgia organization announces the 2024 Alonza Bennett and Marvin Broadwater Sr. Scholarships Application. Under the guidelines, bylaws, protocol and constitution, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.-State of Georgia organization will honor scholars seeking the highest levels of attainment in their educational endeavors. The OPPF State of Georgia will recognize those scholars with an educational grant to help those graduate and undergraduate scholars attain their cardinal goal of a university degree.

APPLICATION DEADLINE AUGUST 15, 2024, 11:59 P.M.
Scholarship awards will not be given on grades alone. Your responses to the entire application will be taken under consideration.

Program Guidelines & Priorities:

  • Full time, financial brothers with a record of volunteerism in community service activities, mandated programs, and participation in extracurricular school activities.
  • Applicants must be undergraduate brothers with a cumulative GPA of 2.7 and higher, attending a 4-year college or university or graduate brothers seeking a graduate or doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Applications must be submitted with an official copy of college or university transcript after the Spring 2023 Semester.

Complete the application and upload your end of Spring 2024 semester transcript. If you must email your transcript, please email it to Awards will be given at the 60th GA State Meeting on October 5, 2024. You must be present to receive the award.
